Elaine-—on behalf of Michael, Peter and myself I want to thank you for taking care of the sale of mom’s condo.

We know with us being thousands away, you had to do what is normally done by the seller.

I gave Elaine $1,500 and she oversaw the cleaning and sanitizing of the condo for the first time since 1989.

She found us a reliable inspection company to determine the true damage to the unit and they provided us with a 20 page report of their findings and in addition Elaine made multiple trips to Tamarac to speak with the Management Company, the Homeowners Association and even had to pay some misc, Clubhouse costs.

Elaine–once again thanks for all you did.
